One of the most important ways to get communication across is to set clear goals that all employees can understand and follow every day. Without a management system, employees get distracted by urgencies, spend time firefighting, and don’t work on important topics. And yet, it is arguably the most important ‘best practice’ since it drives all the other improvements. What is NOT easily seen? The management system itself.
